On October 20, 2020 Edmonton Fire Rescue Services responded to a structure fire on the north side of Edmonton in the Norwood area, located a few blocks west of Commonwealth Stadium. Upon arrival, Firefighters found the single family dwelling fully involved. It was the second time fire crews had been called to this particular location in a matter of weeks according to one bystander at the scene. Crews from Stations 1, 2 and 5 attended.
